Computer-cloud-service provider ServiceNow Inc.'s initial public offering priced at $18 a share Thursday night, above its expected price range.
A total of 11.7 million shares were sold in the IPO, which had a price range of $15 to $17. The company's stock is scheduled to trade Friday on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol NOW.
