Job description:

From the area of consulting SilverStorm seek consultants with extensive experience in projects of Design and Implementation of Processes / Services and tools IT Service Management (ITSM).

Selected candidates will be integrated into the consulting team with the following functions:

- Analysis and evaluation of customer requirements.
- Design Solutions (Process / Service) that meet the functional requirements and associated documentation.
- Collaboration in the definition phase of technical design and development of the solution.
- Customer Delivery and management of functional testing to approval and closing.

Requirements:

- A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology
- Essential HIGH level of English or French (provable in interview)
- Extensive knowledge at a functional level of some of the main ITSM solutions (ServiceNow, Remedy, CA, Service Manager, etc ..)
- Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of the best practices for Service Management (ISO20000), Design Process (BPM) or ITSM (ITIL).

Desired requirements:

- Previous experience with ServiceNow.
- ITIL Foundations Certification, ISO20000.
