During last Tuesday morning, the event “Increase income, rise profits and protect the business: three challenges of the CIO”, took place at AC Cuzco Hotel in Madrid, in collaboration with Nexthink.  The event brought together arround twenty people representing companies from different sectors, they all attended to learn more about the tool that monitors the digital experience of employees (Nexthink).

Lee Sitch, Silverstorm VP of Sales, began at 9:30 am with some welcome words and, later, he passed the turn to Rian Butcher, CEO and Founder of the company, who gave a view of the Global economic situation, based on the results obtained by a survey conducted by Mckinsey & Company (McKinsey & Company: Economic Conditions Snapshot, March 2019: McKinsey Global Survey results, March 2019 | Survey), in this survey half of the respondents predict a gray future in terms of global economy. Another interesting fact ,gathered by the same survey, is that most of the interviewees believe that the greatest opportunity for companies is to focus on the changes towards new technologies. In turn, Rian pointed that technology is too focused on delivering business value and that there is a growth in the lack of visibility in the end-users computing activity which increases IT support costs and reduces productivity and employee satisfaction.

 David Hildbrand, Chief Visionary Officer of SilverStorm, together with Raúl Flores, Solution Consultant, explained in detail some of the features offered by the Nexthink tool.
