ServiceNow (NYSE:NOW) today announced that Forrester Research Inc., a leading industry analyst firm, has named ServiceNow a “Leader” in The Forrester Wave: Strategy Portfolio Management Tools for Q3 2017 (published Sept 20, 2017) for its IT Business Management (ITBM) solution.
ServiceNow received the highest scores possible in the program/product management, integration support, product strategy, and partnership ecosystem criteria.
