Successful Financial, Mobility and Call Center ISVs Choose ServiceNow as The Platform for Customers to Work Smarter, Faster
ORLANDO, Fla.- May 11, 2017- KNOWLEDGE17
ServiceNow (NYSE:NOW) today announced independent software vendors (ISVs) Apttus, Five9 and Skedulo as the latest to join ServiceNow’s partner ecosystem to take advantage of new market opportunities. The new partners further expand the types of applications available in the ServiceNow Store® and are among a group of software companies launching new applications this week at ServiceNow’s Knowledge17 Conference.
Development on the Now PlatformTM is increasing at a record pace, adding 10 to 15 new applications every month in 2017 -- with 29 being launched this week at Knowledge17. The Store now features 260 applications from more than 150 partners giving ServiceNow customers an array of cloud-based technologies to rapidly transform their businesses and work at lightspeed.
Unlike most cloud platforms that focus on a single department or function, ServiceNow enables customers to automate business process workflows across the enterprise using a single data model. As a result, the Now Platform provides ISV partners with an environment in which to build powerful enterprise applications with the potential to reach the world’s largest companies; ServiceNow counts 38% of the Global 2000 as customers.
“ISVs embrace the ServiceNow Store because it enables them to rapidly meet the needs of their customers,” said Avanish Sahai, vice president Worldwide ISV and Technology Alliances, ServiceNow. “The simplicity of the Now Platform and the scalability of ServiceNow’s highly secure and available Nonstop Cloud are huge benefits. Combined with our focus on the Global 2000, this makes the Now Platform the development environment of choice for ISVs who want to transform how businesses work globally.”
New Apps Help Businesses Work At LightspeedTM
The new ISVs have applications that will be certified and available in the ServiceNow Store.
“Apttus is a pioneer in accelerating quote-to-cash operations for our customers, and our partnership with ServiceNow brings an exciting new channel to our business,” said Kirk Krappe, CEO, Apttus. “We are excited to offer our joint customers a streamlined way to realize the best of both our platforms to enhance sales quoting and improve the way they run revenue operations.”
“The ease and flexibility of the ServiceNow platform allows us to bring a highly functional, integrated call center solution quickly to our joint customers,” said Mike Burkland, CEO, Five9. “Our app enables call center agents to be more effective by linking the benefits of ServiceNow to our cloud-enabled call center’s intelligent routing, increasing agents’ time with live prospects and putting customer information at their fingertips.”
“The benefit of having transactional and functional data stored natively in a platform like ServiceNow provides a wonderful opportunity for us to build apps and workflows on top of that data,” said Matt Fairhurst, CEO, Skedulo. “We’re excited to offer our scheduling and mobility solutions to customers through the ServiceNow Store.”
